why the sun promotes life and why it is feared

Walking beside the beach, warm sand beneath your feet, ocean water rolling over the shore, gulls crying from afar... and the taste of bitter sunscreen in the wind.

It seems like everyone is afraid of the sun!

they put on spf's and petrochemicals that boil into their bloodstream and cause more harm over the fear of being touched by the happy beams of light that the LORD blessed us with.

Let's start with why people fear the sun

It all began in the 1950s.

More processed foods began to be available. Petrochemicals and plastics became common and needed to be used.

Then, when their body has been abused with synthetics, crude oil derivatives, over processed and lifeless chemicals in their food, clothing, and makeup, a change happened: the cellular structure began to reject sun.

Not because the sun was bad. But the body is broken from absorbing an unbearable amount of toxins.

Then people began wearing sunglasses in the seventies.

The eyes need exposure. Scientifically, children who spend more time outside have less chances of being far-sighted or near-sighted because sunlight helps the eyes developed at a young age. Sunlight also is necessary in the eye to let the body know that it needs to prepare itself to tan.

Tanning is not UV damage. UV damage is a result of burns caused by cells unable to process sunlight correctly.

Benefits of the sun

the sunlight is one of the few things that the ph@rmaceutic@l industry can not sell.

In the late 1800 to the early 1900, homeopathic hospitals regularly brought patients into sunlight daily, before Rockefeller's oil began producing that they sold it in our medicines and changed the health industry into a money making sc@m.

So, because you can't sell sunlight, they made people fear it= more people with low immune systems and more money for them

sunlight helps even out pigmentation on the skin, helps scars, and brightens the mood.

If you are trying to get back into the sun~

  1. Replace processed food diet with whole foods. 3-ingredient sourdough breads. R@w milk. Raw honey. Red meat. Glyphosate free produce and grains. In the end, buying bulk and planning healthy meals is actually much cheaper than spending 17 bucks on a fast food lunch and dinner.
  2. Consume copper. Use a copper waterbottle, consume aflatoxin free peanut butter, and carrots. This helps the body with producing melanin for a very nice tan
  3. Hydrate when your in the sun. Avoid plastic waterbottles that leach microplastics, use them as a last resort when in need of water. Use stainless or copper waterbottles. Also use filtered water. Taking celtic salt before drinking can help the body absorb as much water.
  4. Get sun first thing in the morning. This helps the body produce hormones that wake you up.
  5. Avoid sunglasses artifical lighting such as LED and florescent that confuses the body
  6. Don't do to much. Be aware of how long you have been out for your first time. Let your cells 'relearn' to enjoy and process sunlight. Also avoid phototoxic essential oils, basically oils that intensify and can cause burns and itches when exposed to sunlight.
  7. Use tallow and jajoba after being outside all day. This helps the body remoisturize faster if outside is dry and hot. For burns, you can use an old slavic trick- sourcream, which soothes the body. Dilluted white vinegar in a bath may be helpful too.
