1. Remain Leather Accessories (aka “Remain Leather Acc.” or “Remain Leather”, or “Remain L.A"., or "RLA"); SummeRose (aka Summer Rose, etc.) and logos are reserved by the owner.
2. When you buy/purchase/sign up from any area of our brands listed above, you immediately accept our terms and conditions, as well as understanding all that is listed on our FAQ page
3. All leather designs are created by owner, however, some are slightly altered free designs from Alden’s Leather-craft School, etc. Each product description will credit creators.
4. Remain Leather Accessories is not responsible of reactions from being in contact with the leather (exposed to chromium leathers and being veg-tanned), leather dyes (alcohol based)/finishes/antiques/paint (acrylic based)
5. Remain Leather Accessories does not accept returns/cancellations
6. Remain Leather Accessories does not offer refunds
7. Remain Leather Accessories is not responsible for your order after it has been put in the hands of the shipping companies
8. Remain Leather Accessories holds right to all content created on its website, Instagram page, and Pinterest page
9. If your product does come in damaged, you can email Remain Leather Accessories, and we will decide if you can send it back for repair, but you will be responsible for shipping payment. Repairs will be done for free.
10. Do not copy/share videos, photos, logos without permission from Remain Leather Accessories. Please email us for permission. We will press charges for plagiarism
11. If you want to do a brand collaboration, please email Remain Leather Accessories and we will send you a link to an interview form
12. If you would like to become an ambassador, please email Remain Leather Accessories and we will send you a link to an interview form
13. Any form of disrespect will not be tolerated. Remain Leather Accessories has the right to close/report accounts for spamming/complaints/hate speech/etc.
14. Only one discount code applies to an order. One discount code may be used a day.
15. Supplies are from Tandy Leather Goods, and product brands include Feibings, Angelus, Craftool, etc. Remain Leather Accessories is NOT sponsored by these companies
16. Remain Leather Accessories do not promote violence. All gun and knife related products/items relate to the 2nd Amendment and the right to protect ones self. Knives are multipurpose tools used in blue collar work, hunting, etc. We believe that people have a right to protect themselves, however, and we do not tolerate any violent use of our products/items outside of self defense. We support blue collar workers.
17. Remain Leather Accessories are not responsible for gun failure within our holsters, or holsters breaking resulting in any injuries (of which we have a right to investigate), especially if you do not take care of the holsters (whether for knives/guns). We make quality products, but you must do your part in taking care of the product

To clean leather product, wipe dust off with a dry, non-synthetic cloth, and apply leather soap (soap made for leather!) such as “Leather Honey Leather Soap” (a natural alternative) etc. Apply leather conditioner (conditioner made for leather!) such as “Leather Honey Leather Conditioner”, etc. Remain Leather Accessories is not responsible for damages done to our products from soaps/cleaners/conditioners used on our items. Remain Leather is NOT sponsored by "Leather Honey" brand.

Ambassadorship

1. If you would like to become a brand ambassador please fill out this form.
2. A brand ambassador must be respectable, have clear background check, and supports the following: faith, family, country, freedom, etc. A brand ambassador may not produce harmful/inappropriate content on their own social medias in the past, present, or future such as swearing, sexual content, profanity against the Trinity, etc. If you are chosen to be an ambassador, but post the above forbidden content, we will terminate your ambassadorship and press charges if you continue to post our products.
3. Your assignment: to show Christ's love in all that you do. We will send you one free item every month, which you can advertise on your media platform. We currently have Instagram and Pinterest, so you will collaborative post with us on Instagram, and link the product under any post on Instagram and Pinterest, etc. You must renew your ambassadorship every 6 months. If you have been an ambassador before, you may not be chosen if there are more applications. However, your past with us may make you a better, or more unlikely option. We will hold you to a high standard.
4. You must be over 16 years old.
5. Remain Leather Accessories will press charges for sabotage.
6. You will, like said above, receive one free leather product a month. We will customize a discount code relating to you, for your followers to use and buy from Remain Leather Accessories. You may receive other items, depending on how well the ambassadorship goes. We are choosing to have only 3 ambassadors at the moment, so please be aware that spaces are limited.
7. You may apply once every six months. If you turn in more than one application, you will be disqualified from possible ambassadorship.

Brand Collaboration with Remain Leather Accessories

1. If you would like to have your brand collaborate with Remain Leather Accessories, please fill out this form.
2. Your brand must be respectable, have clear background check, and supports the following: faith, family, country, freedom, etc. A brand collaborator may not produce harmful/inappropriate content on their own social medias in the past, present, or future such as swearing, sexual content, profanity against the Trinity, etc. If your brand are chosen to be an brand collaboration, but post the above forbidden content, we will terminate your collaboration and press charges if you continue to post our products.
3. Your assignment: to show Christ's love in all that you do. We will send you two free items when Remain Leather Accessories begins a collaboration with your brand, which you can advertise on your media platform. We currently have Instagram and Pinterest, so you will collaborative post with us on Instagram, and link the product under any post on Instagram and Pinterest, etc. You must renew your brand's collaboration with Remain Leather Accessories every 4 months. If you have been in a brand collaboration with Remain Leather Accessories before, you and it has worked well, we will be pleased to collaborate with you again! We will hold you to a high standard.
4. The owner of the brand we collaborate with must be over 16 years old.
5. Remain Leather Accessories will press charges for sabotage.
6. You will, like said above, receive two free leather products if we begin the brand collaboration. We will customize a discount code relating to you, for your followers to use and buy from Remain Leather Accessories. You may receive other items, depending on how well the brand collaboration goes. We are choosing to have only 2 brand collaborations at the moment, so please be aware that spaces are limited. You may apply once every four months. If you turn in more than one application, you will be disqualified from possible brand collaboration.
7. You give Remain Leather Accessories the right to advertise your brand on any of our platforms, and you will give discount codes for our customers who go to you.
